Job Functions / Responsibilities
Work in a team-oriented environment to provide timely and accurate information to management. Lead and conduct a wide scope of operational and financial responsibilities, to include:
Managing and developing a staff of two A/P personnel
Reviewing the work performed by staff including but not limited to: invoices processed, vendor statement reviews, journal entries and account reconciliations
Resolving supplier invoicing discrepancies and other supplier related issues as they arise
Preparing and booking monthly journal entries assigned including coding of IDAAs
Performing monthly account reconciliations for accounts assigned
Reconcile Goods Receipt-Invoice Receipt
Prepare weekly AP metrics and follow up with other departments as needed
Prepare quarterly reports
Maintain department procedures and update as required
Support Senior Management on ad hoc requests
Special projects as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 4+ years of experience in Accounting
CPA/CMA/MBA preferred
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Highly motivated, self-starting individual with a willingness to work in a dynamic environment withtime constraints
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Must be experienced with Microsoft Office tools, specifically but not limited to Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
SAP General Ledger / ERP Experience preferred
Experience using a business analytics/intelligence tool a plus

Additional Job Board Information
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for the General Accounting Supervisor is $72,200 - $108,000 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
