Job Title:

Concrete Finisher

Pay:

23-25/hr

Description:

Contractors will be conducting general labor work up to finishing. All flat, finished, work. They will be responsible for all duties tied to pouring concrete, putting the forms up, and finishing. Site prep, rebar, minimal forms, and pouring. Will be using a bull float and power concrete screed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of flat concrete finishing experience (they could take 1-2 that have more of just a concrete labor or construction labor, but for the most part want finishing experience.

• General labor experience in a commercial concrete construction setting is preferred.

• Ideal candidate has experience with concrete pouring, setting, putting forms up, and finishing

• Foreman experience is not required but would consider someone higher level

• Candidate must be comfortable with traveling to and from the job site every day (this is non-negotiable)

Worksite Address:

• Travel within MN

Benefits:

• Premium pay for travelers with the potential of going long-term. (They can only see 2-3 months out.)

• The hotel is local to the site. (Hotel is paid)

• One-way drive time if no per diem. (Ex. go to Northfield, no drive time, $50 per diem, Fargo

• $80 per diem. Sartell, get paid drive time from the shop one way.)

• SO IF they are staying and get per diem, then no drive time. (But not both.)

• Per diem schedule can change by job site, but is based largely on distance.

Work Environment:

• Each work environment is different, as they change job sites every month or two.

• Candidate will be traveling with a team to each site (day travel).

• Their project is 100,000 square feet flat site pour.
