Minimum Duties and Responsibilities
• Enters sales orders into an ERP system;
• Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of inventory locations, production and
other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions;
• Monitors work in process;
• Receive purchased items, compares to PO for accuracy and enter items into LN accounting system;
• Collect finished good production numbers and enter into LN accounting system;
• Assists external visitors and truck drivers with permit collection and shipping paperwork being completed
for loads.

Advanced Duties and Responsibilities
• Communicate with various other departments as needed to create comprehensive schedules for business
processes such as sales appointments, shipping, and accounting tasks;
• Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established
procedures or processes;
• Trains new department personnel on all work procedures and software;
