JOB DESCRIPTION
Shift: Day, Swing, Nights
P.P.E:Hard Hat, Hearing Protection, Eye Protection, Gloves, Boots, Fall Protection and Facial covering.
Hazardous Materials:Welding Rod, Acetylene, Oxygen, Oils, Lubricants, Flammables, Welding fumes and Spray Paints (aerosol)
Machines/Tools:Yes
Machine/Tools Training Provided: Yes
Working Conditions:Inside/Outside Work, Excessive Heat/Cold/Noise, Wet Surfaces, High Speed Equipment, Confined Spaces, Dust, Stairs, Trenches, Height’s up to 70’
Physical Requirements:70% Standing, 20% Sitting, 10% Walking, Kneeling, Squatting, Deliberate Crawling, Steady Reaching, Fast Bending, Twisting, Repetitive Use Of Hands/Wrist/Arms.
Lifting: Occasional Weight- 100 lbs, Consistent Weight- 25 lbs, 20% Of Shift Weight Is lifted from floor/waist/overhead to floor/waist/overhead

JOB DUTIESOVERVEIW
Employee must perform all journey-level Millwright duties that are required to keep the mill running with a minimum Amount of downtime. Employee must work with established preventative maintenance program and be accountable for the work being done. Employee must provide all tools required to perform the job duties.
Safety:
- Be Involved in setting the example for safe behavior
- Challenge unsafe behavior
- Reinforcing safe behavior
- Identifying and correcting hazardous conditions
Housekeeping:
- Employee Must return all company tools to proper storage and pick up all waste when done with the job.
- Help with general clean-up of shop area.
- Keep personal work area clean and clear of debris.
Productivity:
- Millwrights will work close with the Lead millwright and maintenance supervisor to resolve all issues at plant site.
- Millwright will be proactive in (preventive Maintenance) Procedures
- Millwrights will be required to work overtime hours at times.
- Employee must check completed work by operating or checking to be certain equipment is operable when production resumes.
- Employee must maintain a satisfactory attendance record.
- Generate work orders for issues throughout the facility that need addressed, turn them into the supervisor.
- Minimize Downtime.
