Position Summary
The Department of Radiology at Michigan State University is accepting applications for a fixed-term Assistant Professor position in the Precision Health Program. The successful candidate will be a highly innovative scientist with a Ph.D. in biomedical sciences, 8-10 years of research experience and a track record of excellence in molecular biology of cancer and application of animal models for cancer therapy. Familiarity with in vivo imaging methods is a plus. The successful candidate is expected to participate in a sustainable research program, make significant scholarly contributions to their discipline, and engage in institutional and professional service.

Required Degree
Doctorate -Biomedical Sciences
Minimum Requirements
PhD in biomedical sciences with 8-10 years of research experience in biomedical sciences, experience in molecular biology of cancer and image-guided cancer therapy.
Desired Qualifications
Hands-on experience with large animal model of cancer is a plus.
