Job Description:
Need 4 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Stephen, MN.
From: 03/09/2023 to 11/30/2024
Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.- Fri. 8 hrs./day, Sat. 8hrs./day.
As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be
paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.

JOB DUTIES: Drive and operate farm machinery to till, plant, fertilize, spray, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Tow harvesting equipment and rive and operate fertilizer applicator, sprayers, and self-propelled combine. Handle and mix chemical for crop protection and maintain yards and buildings. General maintenance and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. Operate GPS farm machinery and general seasonal farm duties. Job requires extensive sitting or walking, pushing or pulling. Employer requires drug screen post-hire at employers' expense due to the liability of driving trucks on public roads. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival
at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance.
Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of
$59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools, equipment and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
