Pay: 30-33/hour
Contract to Hire Opportunity 

Your main responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with the Program Management team on a daily basis to ensure the success of designated programs. This will include promptly addressing customer requests and inquiries while providing support to the onsite team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that service requests are received and processed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of overall Support delivery for the assigned customer.
  • Facilitates the end to end customer service interactions with 3rd party service providers.
  • Development of customer relationships, often requiring tact, persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Directly interacts with External and Internal Customers of all levels.
  • Understand service management asset delivery needs; service levels and cost.
  • Report and track 3rd party delivery and costs. Recommend improvements that meet needs and requirements.
  • Create a high-performance, inclusive work environment that prizes diversity and recognizes individual contributions.
  • Understand and apply appropriate management-sanctioned quality improvement processes.
  • Work with their team both in-person and remote.
  • Must be available for occasional travel that may include over-night stays for training and other activities.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in life sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.) or equivalent experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of chemical and physical testing instrumentation
  • 4+ years working in a customer service environment preferred
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment preferred but not required
