RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all incoming phone leads for the service department 
• Provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Service knowledge preferred, but not required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organizational skills
