    Position Overview:

    • Document and maintain risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions in a centralized repository.
    • Conduct accountability activities to ensure project plans and milestones are being tracked and met by project teams.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans in alignment with team inputs, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timelines.
    • Facilitate issue resolution through escalation and collaboration with appropriate stakeholders.
    • Actively participate in and lead portions of project team meetings as needed.
    • Represent delivery progress effectively to stakeholders by presenting updates on financial compliance, milestone achievements, and tracking issues.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT project management within the financial services sector.
    • Strong self-management skills, operating as a self-starter who works independently but recognizes when to seek assistance.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
    • Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to engage with executives and senior management.
    • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of business analysis and/or project management methodologies preferred but not required.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with financial forecasting and project reporting to senior management.
    • Familiarity with Clarity, Jira, and other project management tools considered highly desirable.
    • Previous experience with vendor management, global markets, or operation within a global IT framework.

    Role Insights:

    • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
