Project Manager II 
1 year contract potential extension/conversion
35-45 per hour doe

  • Support training, learning management & project management needs of Research and Development function.
Accountabilities:
  • Performs multiple administrative functions in support of organization-wide training programs.
  • Receives SCORM packages from vendors, tests functionality in Veeva Learning Management System, and deploys learning to appropriate audiences.
  • Partners with Global Quality Team to support learning management system (LMS) functions including eLearning & other learning delivery content.
  • Partners with Workday professionals for up-to-the-minute awareness of system functionality.
  • Supports the development & implementation of eLearning by reviewing storyboards and other collateral.
  • Collaborates with (Learning & Development) L&D Team to provide edits and feedback to eLearning developers and vendors on required modifications.
  • Creates offerings in Workday Learning Management System, provides course credit to learners post completion.
  • Attends, hosts, or cohosts formal training or other events for the R&D organization, assisting with technical considerations such as breakout rooms as needed.
  • Creates Outlook invites for events such as training, organizational initiatives, internal review & planning sessions.
  • Develops project management plans and milestones. Tracks project status to timely completion of action items.
  • Supports change management efforts and communications as needed.
  • Compiles data & prepares reports. Creates meaningful dashboards for analysis, showing trends & insights.
  • Serves as intermediary between internal staff and support functions to coordinate room setup and advance testing for seamless in-person events.
  • Coordinate with L&D team to create engagement strategy for online communities.
  • Write and design internal communications to pique interest and engage R&D audiences.
  • Analyze data and metrics to determine program or initiative effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in training, Adult Education, Project Management, Communication or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Technical knowledge or awareness of Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, WebEx, Canva, Veeva
