JOB REQUIREMENTS: MCC, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join

As a Lead Software Engineer for MCC, Inc. candidates should expect to be
working on projects that include full slack web application, mobile app
development, distributed systems, and cloud-based solutions. Our core
technologies are C#, .NET, Angular, SQL Server, Node.js, and React. If

not be considered. The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for
coordinating and collaborating with the engineer team to ensure the
efficient design, development, and maintenance of MCC, Inc.\'s various
web and cross-platform applications. It is vital that the Lead Software
Engineer fosters and supports a strong team environment with the ability
to mentor their team and supports growth and collaboration for all team
members. Additionally, the Lead Software Engineer must possess efficient
communication skills, as they will be responsible for communicating with
internal and external team members to gather requirements and ensure the
efficient development and maintenance of our systems. MCC, Inc. is a

or work-tasks as assigned. Additionally, all employees are expected to
maintain compliance with all workplace rules and regulations according

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in
computer science, engineering, or related field required. Minimum of 3
years of software development experience, with experience in a
leadership position. Experience working with SQL, .NET, Angula required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (both general and
technical). Experience with extreme programing or other agile
methodologies. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and
organization with the ability to establish priorities. Strong leadership
qualities with the ability to guide, inspire, and motivate team members.
Independent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to
problem solve. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
in a professional manner. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the
construction industry preferred. Experience implementing unit testing
suites for full-stack applications preferred. Experience Azure Cloud and
