Here, you will make an impact by:Analyst for Medical/Surgical (MedSurg) USAC specifically focused on growth and spending forecastsPartner with key business stakeholders and proactively provide value-added analysis/financial supportRegular interaction with key business stakeholders to understand the MSD business model, current market dynamics and operations to make recommendations to achieve established actions plans, drive efficient growth and changeCompletion of detailed monthly revenue reporting/reconciliationsPreparing accurate financial analysis focusing on Sales performance to plan and articulating results to MedSurg Leadership Team on a regular basisSupport of weekly USAC sales estimate processWorking closely with Sales Operations, Controllers and Sales Analytics organizations both during close and throughout the month in order to translate data into insights and actionsEnsuring that success is achieved through the utmost ethical and legal meansYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, economics, engineering, finance, accounting, or other business and/or finance discipline (completed and verified prior to start) AND Seven (7) years of finance experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong financial acumen - ability to translate complex business problems into financial termsSolid understanding of multiple workstreams and how they come togetherSolid business knowledge and acumen as well as strategic thinking mindsetCreative problem solving - ability to work with diverse functional teams to evaluate and address key issuesKnowledge and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JDE) or other database system used in collecting data for analytics.Self-starter with ability to drive changeVery strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and prioritization skillsWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 10% domesticRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
