Job Description

Looking for a part time PCA to assist with:

Daily living activities and care for elder female consumer with mobility issues, early onset dementia, and depression.  On oxygen 24/7

Care consists of but not limited to all patient daily living needs with:
Must drive and have licence.
medical and routine care appointment reminders and rides - consumer has her own car but cannot drive
Grocery shopping, laundry inside and out of the home, strong home care skills, sweeping, mopping, light physical work when needed, cooking, companionship and other duties that are part of consumer daily living activities.

Service Dog: walking of 5-pound service dog and assistance with his care in a limited capacity.

Hours: 12-20 hours to start, 4 hours daily 5 day a week between hours of 11-3 with occasional overtime for consumer appointments. or weekend hours friday sat and sunday


Pay: $19.00 an hour current PCA rate
