Role Overview:
As the Senior Director – Pathology Solutions, you will lead strategic development initiatives for Hologic's Pathology Solutions portfolio, driving revenue growth and market penetration. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of diagnostic pathology and drive a digitally enabled diagnostic ecosystem in collaboration with our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic development initiatives for Hologic's Pathology Solutions portfolio.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Pathology, Digital Pathology systems, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Establish strategic partnerships and develop biomarker assays across platform technologies.
- Analyze market trends and execute strategies for market expansion.
- Develop and implement global marketing and commercial strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Leadership experience in medical equipment sales and marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of digital diagnosis and AI-assisted diagnosis.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
