JOB REQUIREMENTS: Be a Weekend Lifeguard at the Kroc Center in Green Bay
and oversee the lively open swim windows filled with family activities
and exciting features like our splash play area with water overside
bucket drop and other water features and the always in demand
indoor/outdoor water slide. Your focus will be on monitoring activities,
assisting swimmers, and enforcing safety regulations during weekend
hours. Adhering to the State of Wisconsin aquatic staffing plan, you\'ll
contribute to creating a safe and enjoyable aquatic experience for
families. Participation in general facility maintenance and cleaning
duties is also part of this dynamic role. Hours for this position are
primarily Friday\'s from 4-8pm and Saturday\'s from 12-6pm. MISSION

programs and services that encourage, enrich, and strengthen children,
adults, and seniors through positive life-changing experiences.
SUMMARY/PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Lifeguard will assist with the
implementation of programs, special events, and swim lessons. The
Lifeguard will also monitor activities, observe and provide assistance
to swimmers, prevent accidents, protect life and enforce regulations.
The Lifeguard will also ensure they are positioned in accordance with
the State of Wisconsin approved aquatic staffing plan. Position is also
required to assist with general facility maintenance and perform other
maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This
