Brief Position Overview | We are recruiting for two positions that will work collaboratively bridging the research and program awards across the Mark & Robyn Jones College of Nursing and Montana Area Health Education Center (AHEC). One position reports to the Research Office Program Lead in the College of Nursing and one reports to Assistant Director/Grants Administrator in AHEC. The Post-Award Program Leads manages all post-award support for a shared portfolio of program grants. |

Position Details
General Statement | Make history and join our college by transforming nursing education and healthcare of Montana through the generous philanthropic investment of $101 million from Mark and Robyn Jones, the founders of Goosehead Insurance. By 2030, we strive be on the top of nursing education through constructing five new campus buildings (one on each campus), the creation of five endowed professorships, student scholarships, producing more qualified nurses, and starting Montana’s first Certified Nurse Midwifery program. We are looking for a change leader to help manage this process for our graduate programs. The Mark and Robyn Jones College of Nursing (MRJCON) offers a baccalaureate in nursing, accelerated Baccalaureate in Nursing, Master of Nursing focused on clinical leadership, and Doctor of Nursing Practice with focus in either family nurse practitioner or psych-mental health nurse practitioner. The College has five campus locations across the state, located in Billings, Bozeman, Great Falls, Kalispell, and Missoula. The Montana AHEC mission is to improve the supply and distribution of healthcare professionals, with an emphasis on primary care, through community/academic partnerships, in order to increase the access to quality healthcare. |
