Division Information
PACCAR's Information Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA, utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector.
The Role
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security Administrator is responsible for support of access management across enterprise applications, directories, and domains. The role supports the gathering of information from multiple sources, analyzing and summarizing details to draw conclusions and make decisions to ensure appropriate access is provisioned. The Administrator will work collaboratively across the PACCAR organization and its divisions facilitating continuous adoption, training, communication, and education of IAM capabilities, functions, and standards specific to the IAM Phase 4 project- Sailpoint IdentityNow. You will help with identifying gaps and assist in remediation of with security control, policies, procedures, standards, and processes to ensure alignment with organization's standards are met, along with assist business and technology owners through user access reviews and re-certifications of user's access.
About the Team
As an IAM Administrator, you will be part of the Security team responsible for the company's identity and access management infrastructure. You will also partner with other departments - the Information Security team, Security Operations, and Application teams - to create solutions that meet security and business requirements while demonstrating a personal commitment to a high-performance environment
Job Responsibilities & Projects
Completes tasks in support of Identity Lifecycle Management, including user account and access provisioning and deprovisioning for joiners, leavers, and movers within SailPoint IdentityNow Application.
Develops, executes, and administers Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, platforms, tasks, and processes
Assists with IAM maturity model on build out of roles/profiles and entitlements with PACCAR divisions using AI capabilities.
Supports research, contributes to compiling data, and contributes to testing plans to identify and initially assess potential vulnerabilities and areas for exploitation in technology applications, systems, and solutions.
Learns and becomes familiar with strategies for effective communication and successful interaction with technical peers and our business partners.
Required Experience & Skills
Knowledge of SailPoint, Beyond Trust, or similar IAM platforms
Experience with Active Directory administration, Windows system security administration, network, email, and application access management.
Have knowledge of IAM concepts such as Least Privilege, Privilege Access, Roles and Data mining, Segregation of duty (SoD), and Role Based Access Control.
Familiar with JSON and PowerShell script
Understand IAM best practices that will drive maturity and adoption of the platform across the enterprise.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related technology field.
