Manager of Engineering Neenah, WI Summary In this position, you are
responsible for all aspects of engineering for the service and repair of
paper machine rolls. You will manage, lead and coach your team in order
to achieve site and regional objectives and goals. You will
simultaneously manage multiple projects and allocate resources
effectively aligning with the demands of the business and customer base,
while fostering a cooperative relationship with other key stakeholders
within the region, in order to support regional and local strategies, in
order to meet financial goals and targets. Responsibilities Motivate and
lead direct reports, communicate targets, goals and expectations to meet
site strategy and budget (25% of time spent) Provide technical
recommendations and support, both to internaland external customers (15%
of time spent) Investigate problems and lead in facilitating
recommendations for improvements to ensure highest level of all quality
throughout product offering and services provided (20% of time of spent)
Evaluate workloads within department to ensure appropriate facilitation
of job tasks and work load in order to optimize departmental efficiency
(20% of time spent) Develop and coaches team, to develop expertise,
knowledge and enhance skill set (20% of time spent) Manage shop jobs
with an emphasis on customer service, inside sales, and revenue
