HR and Admin Intern
Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for General Administration & Management Tasks.
- To support day-to-day operation function.
- Assist with the other ad-hoc assignments as and when required
- Preparing and submitting training claims to HRDF (Malaysian Development Body) and ensure all submissions comply with HRDF requirements and deadlines.
- Manage employee attendance records in the DayForce system.
- To prepare onboarding process such as welcome kits for new joiners.
- Handle correspondence, such as emails and letters.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors for replenishment etc.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are all essential to this position.
