Serves as the Technical and Administrative Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP) Operator Supervisor at the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant (NIWTP), Nogales Field Office (NFO), Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Division, Operations Department of the United States Section, International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC). Operates and controls the NIWTP processes to ensure proper and safe operations in accordance with the State of Arizona and Federal regulatory requirements.
