JOB REQUIREMENTS: We have a great full-time opportunity that starts in
March and will go through October, with the potential to be hired on by
our client. Here are the details: Objective: You will be responsible for
the installation, repair, and maintenance of boat engines, accessories,
and electronics. This role requires technical expertise, attention to
detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Job Duties: -Install
and configure boat engines, steering systems, and electronics according
to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements. -Perform
quality checks and adjustments to ensure boats are seaworthy and meet
safety standards. -Troubleshoot and repair issues with boat rigging,
engines, and accessories. -Collaborate with the sales and service
departments to understand customer needs and specifications. -Maintain
accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
-Stay up to date with industry standards and advancements in marine
technology and equipment. -Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and
adheres to safety standards. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: -Proven experience as a Marine Rigger or similar role in
the marine industry. -Strong knowledge of boat engines, steering
systems, and marine electronics. -Ability to read and interpret
technical manuals and schematics. -Excellent problem-solving skills and
attention to detail. -Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather
conditions. -High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in
marine mechanics or electronics is a plus. -Ability to operate a
