Radial, the leader in omnichannel commerce technologies and operations has an exciting opening for Human Resources Business Partner, Manager to lead Radial’s effort in effectively facilitating all facets of the HR model at the local site level and provides insight to support and inform business strategies. Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end to end processes reducing costs for our customer while enhancing the consumer experience. Role Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner, Manager with 5 years of increasing responsibility for HR leadership that thrives in a culture that is collaborative, customer centric and team oriented. The ideal candidate will support operations and the business leaders. Will be responsible for driving local HR capability through the implementation of core HR programs and processes. Partners with site leadership to develop managerial and supervisory capabilities. Effectively facilitates all facets of the HR model at the local site level and provides insight to support and inform business strategies. Responsibilities:
