- Incumbent must sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Incumbent will be required to use a computer with keyboard, telephone or handheld mobile device for extended periods of time, and office machinery as needed.
- Incumbent may occasionally be required to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Incumbent must be able to read, see, hear, and speak English.
- Position requires incumbent to wear personal protective equipment including gloves, safety glasses, and occasionally respirators. Steel-toed boots are preferred.

Education/Certification(s)/License(s) required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field (may be substituted with 10 years of experience)
Experience/Other required:
- Ten or more years of prior experience in Mechanical Testing.
- Experience leading a team focusing on Mechanical Testing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
