Job Description | The AC Mechanic II will perform maintenance and repairs on university housing buildings. The AC Mechanic will respond to work requests to repair defective units in housing facilities, perform preventative maintenance by checking building HVAC systems, and ensure that the equipment is operating (heating or cooling. |
