Highland, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for aCommunity Life Assistant to join our growing team!
Highland Senior Living is in Little Falls, Minnesota located off 3rd avenue, just down the road from Coborn's! Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care Units, with a total size of 65 total units. Together we provide excellent care and support for our residents toAge Magnificently, check us out and join our team today!

Shifts Available: On Call/Casual/ Flexiblehours 8am-7pm
Wage:$17.50-$22.50 an hour- wage is based on experience

In this position,you will beresponsibleto assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:


Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.

Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.

Communicate programs and develop positive relations withresidents, family, andvolunteers.

Preferred Qualifications:


High School Diploma orequivalent.

Experienceworking inAssisted Living and Memory Careis preferred.

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident'sfamilies,and employees.

Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
