We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our team in Victor, New York. As a Quality Manager, you will be tasked with managing and coordinating Quality Assurance activities, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, and maintaining quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing product inspections, evaluations, and supplier product approvals.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee quality assurance activities and ensure they are coordinated effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Systems as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Uphold quality standards by maintaining the necessary evidence of compliance.
• Carry out inspections and evaluations of products, processes, and materials to ensure quality.
• Evaluate supplier-provided products and documentation, approving them based on quality standards.
• Address customer inquiries, including surveys, audits, and complaints.
• Implement and maintain Quality Risk Assessment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on quality.
• Lead the root cause analysis of both internal and external non-conformances, while monitoring remediation plans to ensure issues are appropriately handled.
• Facilitate the management of continuous improvement projects, including the statistical evaluation of results.
• Oversee quality-related training of employees and foster a corporate-wide quality culture.

• Proficient in QM - Quality Management
• Demonstrated experience in QA - Quality Assurance
• Ability to conduct Quality Assurance Inspections
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance Methodologies
• Experience in Quality Assurance Quality Control
• Understanding of Quality Assurance Standards
• Ability to perform Quality Audits
• Proven track record in Quality Improvement
