The Computer Science Department at Hunter College is inviting applications for a Lecturer Doctoral Schedule position to perform the following duties:
• Teach, design curricula, and oversee adjuncts and undergraduate teaching assistants in lectures with 200+ students that make up the pedagogy for the core undergraduate computer science curriculum.
• Participate in committee functions and disseminate departmental assignments.
• Teach courses at the master’s level and/or in computer science education.
• Work collaboratively and contribute to departmental strengths in teaching.
• Lead efforts to broaden participation in computing both across disciplines, including, but not limited to communications, film and media, economics, geographical sciences, lab sciences, and diverse populations across the campus.
