Human Resources Business Partner w/ New York University (NY, NY). Serve as strategic HR lead for client leadership across global academic, admin, professional, & support staff clients across academic centers & institutes. Reqs Bach. degree or foreign equiv. in HR, Bus Admin, Mgmt, Industrial Relations, or related. Reqs 3 years of exp. as a HR Manager / Coordinator or closely related job/title/occupation at a college or univ. Exp. must incl.: Acting as a HRBP for college/univ. divisions; serving as a consultant to education admins on HR matters; Leading & implementing new HR programs & policies; Planning & coordinating hiring activities; Advising & developing solutions for compliance w/ labor laws & collective bargaining agreements; & applying Lean Six Sigma method to improve work processes of HR units.
