Job Description

One of Insight Globals top banking clients is looking to add a Client Processing Lead Representative to their Fund Order Processing Team. This team sits within the Alternative Investment Services space, doing client processing within Fund of Hedge Fund Custody, and is dedicated to processing fund of hedge fund investments on behalf of its clients and providing client reporting.



This candidate will serve as a lead for the day-to-day operations of a small-to-medium client processing support team that handles any/all aspects of Fund of Hedge Fund client accounts, inquiries, transactional processing, problem resolution, and daily reconciliation. They will serve as the point of contact for clients and assist in communicating internally as well as externally with clients. They will participate in the allocation, review of trade documentation and ensuring that all cash and trade instructions have been executed properly. This candidate will assist in processing updates to client accounts, managing the daily transactional workflow within the team and assist in the oversight of Client Processing to ensure transactions are handled properly.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelors Degree

-3-5 years of experience in AIS or financial services

- Experience working in back office operations and/or client services

-Ability to prioritize, think on their feet and communicate effectively both internally and externally

-Multi-tasking and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Background in the Alternative Investment space

-Supervisory or managerial experience/ experience leading a team
