Job Coach (DSP) Job Overview:

The Job Coach position includes direct support activities such as on-the-job guidance, building skills through volunteer opportunities, resume development, and interview preparedness for the people we serve. Job coaches receive extensive on-the-job and classroom training and have the support of a strong and knowledgeable supervisory staff. Job Coach (DSP) Direct Support Professional Schedule:

- Full-time or part-time
- Typically between 8am and 3pm.
- Some evening shifts 2-10pm
- No mandated shifts

Job Coach (DSP) Direct Support Professional Salary:

- $17.50 per hour
- Commuter Mileage Reimbursements when applicable
