The Project Manager - Awards will manage the setup and/or operations for assigned projects; and works closely with other business unit teams & account managers during the implementation phase. Primary Focus: Delivery and setup of solution, managing all operational activities of assigned programs thru program launch. Oversees operational activities, processes, and inventory of ongoing programs. Aptitude: Ability to manage scope of project and complete requirements for new functionality; heavy customer contact, limited vendor contact. Is able to work with all internal/client teams and establish good working relationships; understands and follows BIW protocols, processes and standards; participates in changes which positively impact project efficiency and/or service to the customer; contributes in efforts which benefit the department/division Roles & Responsibilities: Program billing Order Management set-up (including items, products, program) Platform/Website set-up Communication of program to support teams including Customer Care Team, Issue Resolution Team, and Warehouse Inventory reporting Inventory management and replenishment Program Reporting Review SOW Participation/Contribution in program reviews Proficiency in Service Anniversary programs, Warehouse Windfalls, BRC3, and Recognition Solutions Traditional programs as well as client billing in Order Management Required Education & Experience: Bachelors' Degree; highly preferred 3 years business experience; preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Excellent verbal and written skills Organized Handle multiple tasks
