Closets By Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems.  We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office and media systems, wallbeds, garage cabinetry and more.  Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales.  This position is a full-time  sales management position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grow and develop our  diverse sales force to meet the growing markets we serve.
• Facilitate sales training in both one-on-one and group settings to further enhance our success.
• Develop individual growth plans for salespeople to maximize their fullest potential.
• Actively participate in potential client projects to ensure success.
• Assist the senior management team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 YEARS MINIMUM managing sales teams
• Personal sales background of at least 5 years with a track record of proven success.
• Proven knowledge and experience in price negotiations
• College degree preferred
• Local candidates only.  Out of state applicants will not be considered.
• Computer literate -- Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Experience in B2C preferred
