Software Tester/QA<br>

<strong>BCForward is currently seeking for a highly motivated Software Tester/QA for a Remote </strong>
<strong>opportunity in Minnesota.</strong>
<br>
<br>
<strong>Position Title: </strong>Software Tester/QA<br>
<br>
<strong>Location:</strong> Minneapolis, MN<br>
<br>
<strong>Anticipated Start Date:</strong> 03/25/2024.<br>

<strong>Expected Duration:</strong> 6+ months.(Possible Extensions)<br>

<strong>Job Type:</strong> Contract - Remote<br>
<br>
<strong>Pay Range: </strong>$45/hr - $55/hr.<br>

<strong>Responsibilities:</strong>
<br>
<br>
<ul>
<li>Participate as a QA member in agile team activities.</li>
<li>Review and clarify requirements to ensure a thorough understanding.</li>
<li>Plan work effort using test estimation techniques.</li>
<li>Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to build comprehensive test cases/scripts.</li>
<li>Log and track issues and defects through resolution.</li>
<li>Provide support for UAT and Go Live activities.</li>
<li>Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, and provide recommendations.</li>
<li>Utilize Test Data Management for identifying and consuming data.</li>
<li>Innovate testing approaches to meet challenging timelines.</li></ul>

<strong>Requirements:</strong>
<br>
<br>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of QA testing experience.</li>
<li>Experience with Snowflake and PI/PO or middleware testing.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong experience in UI, API, and database testing.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other Test Suite tools.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.</li>
<li>Capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.</li></ul>
