About the role:

This position works independently to assist PD engineers, scientists, and/or teams in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop concepts and accordingly construct prototypes/products from concepts.
Work in a wet chemistry lab prototyping new products through synthesis and formulation.
Explore and propose creative solutions based on solid rationales and contribute to design and process concepts.
Work with vendors/suppliers to procure and install tooling, fixtures, and/or equipment
Organize, coordinate, and execute building and testing of prototypes/products per engineering instructions.
Assist project teams in establishing specifications and quality standards.
Use internal resources and qualified external vendors to assist engineering teams to identify and obtain supplies and services.
Act as a resource to other employees.
Communicate project status and technical details to project teams.
Train product builders and other technicians and provide technical.
Required qualifications:
3 years with an AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
Preferred qualifications:
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Polymer Synthesis experience
Wet Chemistry experience
Hazardous Chemical procurement and handling experience
Creating controlled documents (Work Instructions, Batch Record Forms, SFP)
Experience in cGMP environment
Assist in writing validation plans, executing plans, and completing validation reports
