Insight Global Restoration Technician in Brunswick, Ohio
Job Description
Insight Global's client is a rapidly growing restoration services platform with locations in both Cleveland and Pittsburgh. They are looking to hire restoration technicians to support their water, fire, mold and contents divisions. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and topnotch workmanship in support of getting customer homes back to their original condition after a fire or flood. This Restoration Technician Position won't require any previous experience. This position is one that is considered essential to homeowners. If a homeowner has a catastrophic loss due to fire or flood, the Restoration Technician will be the person to remediate the problem. As a result, the remediation business has a good floor of consistent work.
In addition to stability, there is significant opportunity for advancement into supervisory roles as well as those that provide specialized logistical and technical support after getting a strong grasp of the responsibilities on the restoration tech side.
The overall day to day duties:
Perform Water Mitigation Services and/or Fire/Smoke Damage Restoration Services to restore customer properties to their pre-loss condition.
Maintain records of services in job management software.
Foster open communication with team members, property owners, office personnel, company management, and insurance adjustors.
Provide best in class customer service for the homeowners

Skills and Requirements
* Clean Driving Record and valid drivers license for the past 7 years
* Customer Service Personality
* High school diploma or GED
* Ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities with 1 week a month of on-call (24/7 availability, which doesn't happen much) normal hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00a-5:00p * IICRC Certifications
* Experience in mitigation and residential restoration null
