Conagra Manager, Customer Supply Chain in Mason, Ohio

Reporting to the Director of Customer Supply Chain, you will be uniquely positioned as the nexus point between internal supply chain functions, the sales team and large scale grocer’s such as Kroger and Albertsons. You will be the primary customer-facing component of supply chain and lead the development of strategic supply chain relationships with customers. By employing an end-to-end supply chain mindset, the Customer Supply Chain Manager will be focused on strategies to improve service to customers while also reducing cost by increasing shipment efficiency. Understanding the customer's supply chain and providing an external perspective to internal supply chain partners is also an important aspect of the role.

What You'll Do:

  • Demonstrate broadmindedness by understanding the end-to-end supply chain for Conagra Brands and its customers, including the downstream impacts across functions of logistics execution strategies

  • Challenge the status quo and look for continuous improvement to support improved logistics execution and better service to customers

  • Embrace a customer-centric mindset and advocate for external focus throughout the supply chain organization, becoming intimately familiar with customer internal supply chain KPIs, department structure and network

  • Be the primary supply chain liaison between Conagra Brands and retail customers, responsible for managing and strengthening supply chain relationships with assigned set of customers

  • Manage execution of Conagra's customer logistics policies and programs

  • Manage customer performance scorecards and KPIs and provide insights on how to improve

  • Work cross-functionally to address supply chain efficiency and service improvement opportunities

  • Perform periodic supply chain business reviews/JBP sessions with select customers

  • Partner with Conagra Brands Sales teams to support increased sales and improved profitability

  • Identify main reasons for cost to serve and develop action plans to reduce without negatively affecting service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years Supply Chain experience (Warehousing, Transportation, Sales & Operations Planning, Customer Service)

  • Competence in business systems and SAP desirable

  • Excel – Intermediate level

  • Analysis experience

  • Experience presenting to large groups, virtually and in person

  • Ability to travel 15%

  • Number of days in the office: 3 Tuesday - Thursday
