In this full-time, permanent role, you will be tasked with ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations, from processing invoices to maintaining precise records of transactions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Accurately process invoices, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation</p><p>• Efficiently handle bank and credit card reconciliations, verifying all transactions and resolving any discrepancies </p><p>• Perform weekly check runs for various expenses such as utilities, insurance, and lawn services</p><p>• Maintain and update all accounts payable data entries</p><p>• Ensure all client station invoices align with station payments</p><p>• Manage the ordering and tracking of office supplies</p><p>• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for financial processing and record-keeping</p><p>• Prepare and process monthly invoices, and keep track of all account receivables</p><p>• Handle invoice payment and reconciliation, ensuring all payments are accurate and on schedule</p><p>• Perform balance sheet reconciliation and cash reconciliations regularly to ensure financial accuracy.</p> Billing Clerk <p>We are inviting applications for the role of a Billing Clerk in the Legal industry, based in Lincoln, Nebraska, United States.
