provide public relations and communications for clients across situations including public affairs, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, investor-related issues, crisis, corporate governance and litigation support; analyze industry and company-specific data; develop PR and communication materials such as press releases, shareholder letters, investor presentations, media Q&As, etc.; perform media monitoring and build media relationships; monitor daily media coverage

Bachelor’s in International Relations or Public Relations + 1 year experience in job offered required
