What You'll Do:
Lead QA team and provide work direction/personnel management
Be able to perform all on-line QA functions to assist in training
Give direction to QA leads and ensure completion of all QA checks are done correctly
Be able to review daily process records
Assist in conducting record reviews of customer complaints and maintaining a Customer Complaint Investigation Register
Understand the process for putting product on hold and assist the plant and warehouse in the process when necessary
Input Daily Product Grades after QA Record Review
Work with the QA Manager to update the QSM Procedures and Documentation Registers as procedures are changed/issued by corporate QA and Plant QA Manager
Collect required Supplier and Ingredient Documentation when updates are due. Maintain the register for suppliers and ingredients throughout the year
Assist in the QSM and SQF audit
Perform periodic inspections of the Glass and Brittle Plastic within the facility
Occasionally perform sanitation audits and assist in food safety audit walkthroughs
Work with the warehouse to perform label line documentation reviews
Any other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Six or more months of related experience and/or training desired but not necessary.
Have attended or be able to complete upon hire better process control school, HACCP training, and SQF training.
