This is a permanent position with standard fulltime business hours. Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM and is a fully in office position.     As an HR Manager, you will be tasked with managing crucial HR functions such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and recruitment, among others. The role demands a high level of organization and attention to detail.


    Responsibilities:


    • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll

    • Manage the disciplinary process efficiently

    • Familiarize with different software to enhance productivity

    • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies

    • Familiarize with the process of filing unemployment

    • Participate in hiring processes and assist in recruiting new staff

    • Maintain positive employee relations and address any issues that may arise

    • Ensure effective communication across all levels within the organization

    • Ensure all HR activities are in compliance with legal and company standards

    • Manage and update employee records as necessary
