This is a permanent position with standard fulltime business hours. Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM and is a fully in office position. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong general background in all aspects of HR.
As an HR Manager, you will be tasked with managing crucial HR functions such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and recruitment, among others. The role demands a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll
• Manage the disciplinary process efficiently
• Familiarize with different software to enhance productivity
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies
• Familiarize with the process of filing unemployment
• Participate in hiring processes and assist in recruiting new staff
• Maintain positive employee relations and address any issues that may arise
• Ensure effective communication across all levels within the organization
• Ensure all HR activities are in compliance with legal and company standards
• Manage and update employee records as necessary

• Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions, including the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to articulate policies, procedures, and objectives effectively
• Thorough knowledge of Compliance requirements within the human resources field, ensuring all practices and procedures adhere to local, state, and federal regulations
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations, fostering a positive work environment and resolving any workplace conflicts efficiently
• Demonstrated experience in Hiring Processes, including talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and onboarding new hires
