Position: Full-Time
Rate: $16.00-$22.00 hourly (based on experience)
Duties and responsibilities
- Daily facilities inspections
- Perform general maintenance on buildings/systems/properties to keep them in operating condition in a safe and efficient manner – to include but not limited to electrical, plumbing, painting, general carpentry, HVAC, preventative maintenance.
- Yard duties – to include snow removal in winter, mowing/trimming/landscaping in summer.
- Systems Maintenance and repairs
- Duties include multiple locations – Weedsport, Cato, Oswego, Cross Lake Marina
- Regular Attendance & Punctuality
- Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be available “On Call’ for after hour emergencies.
