The Financial Analyst will be a trusted partner and advisor for businesses within Chronic Care North America. This role is responsible for forecasting, reporting and delivering strong financial analytics to business leadership.
Major Areas of Accountability
Lead the full P&L forecasting process for the Canadian Chronic Care business
Perform monthly analysis of the P&L and key performance indicators
Monitor customer growth and manage large incentive and fee accruals
Analyze and interpret financial data for trends, and perform variance analysis versus plan
Deliver focus on profitability drivers
Present and lead discussion at monthly and quarterly business and financial reviews
Prepare and distribute monthly reporting package to the senior leadership team
Drive meaningful discussion to ensure targets are met
Partner with key accounts and distribution centers to track month, quarter and year end results
Partner with marketing and logistics to manage volume forecast accuracy
Participate in strategic growth projects for Canada and/or NA as a whole
Basic Qualifications
Finance or Accounting degree preferred
2+ years of financial planning and business analysis is required
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Organized and detail oriented
Strong communicator with a challenger mindset
