Nutritionist - Adult Endocrinology - 31378 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work Schedule : This is a full time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled shifts
will be 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a weekend rotation and occasional
evenings. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the

Senior Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to: \* Acquire and interpret
blood sugar data from continuous glucose monitors, insulin pumps and
meters and make recommendations such as dietary, pump, medications and
lifestyle. \* Optimize diet for diabetes management, reduction in
insulin resistance, PCOS, Osteoporosis, weight management \* Provide
instruction and precept dietetic interns through UW didactic program in
ambulatory setting \* Participate in collaborative care team environment
within \* Provide nutrition counseling grounded in motivational

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Minimum - Bachelor\'s Degree
in Nutrition or related field Preferred - Master\'s Degree in Nutrition
or related field Work Experience : Minimum - One (1) year of clinical
and nutrition related experience Preferred - Two (2) years of clinical
and nutrition related experience Licenses and Certifications : Minimum -
\* Registered Dietitian Nutritionist as delineated by the Commission on
Dietetic Registration \* Certification/Licensure as required by the
State of Wisconsin Preferred - \* Registered Dietitian Nutritionist as
delineated by the Commission on Dietetic Registration \* Certified
Dietitian in the State of Wisconsin \* Certified Diabetes Care and
Education Specialist (CDCES) or Certified Nutrition Support Clinician
(CNSC) or Board Certified-Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM)
