<strong>Responsibilities</strong>
<br>
<br>We are seeking a <strong>Real Estate Transaction Manager (or Senior Consultant) </strong>to join our Transactions group on the Development & Community Advisory team. <br>
<br>Responsibilities:<br>
<ul>
<li>Structuring tax credit incentivized transactions, financial modeling, assistance securing financing sources, and negotiation with funding sources (equity and debt) surrounding the appropriate underwriting requirements.</li>
<li>Manage relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, staff and various entities involved in the transactions</li>
<li>Consulting on acquisition, preservation, disposition and recapitalization strategies for real estate portfolios.</li>
<li>Assist in writing, editing and organization of work product, including client reports and funding applications</li>
<li>Training, mentoring and supervising staff</li>
<li>Researching, compiling data, and presenting findings</li>
<li>Preparing written and visual presentations to deliver to clients and at industry events</li>
<li>Taking ownership for the research of industry and technical issues</li>
<li>Reviewing potential new business opportunities and provide support in developing presentations, pitch books and proposals</li>
<li>General consulting to assist clients in achieving their objectives</li>
<li>Performing other duties as assigned</li></ul>
<strong>Qualifications</strong>

<br>Qualifications:<br>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of five (5) years of low-income housing and historic rehabilitation tax credit experience, which may include underwriting, modeling, structuring, consulting or other similar work required. </li>
<li>Understanding of real estate financials and operating performance</li>
<li>Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required</li>
<li>Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties</li>
<li>Willingness to travel</li></ul>

<br>For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: the compensation range for this role is $78,840 to $167,130. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.<br>
