Job Description: |
Need 4 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Greenbush, MN. From: 04/01/2025 - 12/01/2025 Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon. - Fri. 8 hrs./day, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.
Must Apply By: 07/26/2025 Job Duties: Duties include drive and operate farm machinery such as tractors and combines to perform farm activities such as planting, cultivation, harvesting of crops wheat and beans. Workers will drive tractors installed with GPS. Operate designated towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize. Transport materials, supplies or crops from fields or bin storage to designated location of local elevators. Routine maintenance will be done on all equipment and grounds. Must be able to work independently after given instructions and must be a team player when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three(3)months of GPS and farm machinery with towed implements, Valid Class D License, Must be able to read, understand, and speak English for record keeping and safety reasons, No GED or High School Diploma required.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
