| Job Description: |
Need 8 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operators to work in De Graff, MN.
From: 04/01/2024 to 12/01/2024
Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Daily or weekly work schedules may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperature, crop conditions, and other factors. Employer will notify workers of any change to start/end times. Employer may request, but not require that workers work more than the stated daily hours, on the worker’s Sabbath, or on federal holidays.
Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any seasonal worker employed under this job order, at the company's sole discretion, based on individual factors including but not limited to work performance, skill, and tenure.
All hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.

JOB DUTIES:
Set, operate and maintain farm equipment in order to cultivate, fertilize, harvest and haul grain including corn, soybean and alfalfa crops. General farm related duties such as shop work, equipment servicing and facility/grounds maintenance and upkeep. Operate a dragline manure pumping system to fertilize fields. Workers who have a valid driver's license and doctor's certificate may drive vehicles to transport workers and may be offered additional hours.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) months experience. Valid Driver's License (Class D) or able to obtain within 30 days of hire. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
