Overview We are looking to add a new Sr. Manager, Global Communications
to our team based in Milwaukee or Chicago. Key Job Responsibilities \*
Responsible for driving proactive global communication strategies with
the goal of enhancing and supporting engagement with the Komatsu brand.
Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate
positive communication opportunities that will elevate Komatsu\'s
reputation, enhance strategic business priorities and reinforce Komatsu
brand values. \* Establishes the Global Communications role as an
enabler of leaders, managers and employees to communicate effectively
throughout the organization (top-down cascading as well as bottom-up
dialog) in support of employee and customer engagement as well as
increasing brand awareness. Coordinates collaboratively with other
Komatsu regions\' communications leaders and functions to align on
global processes and initiatives to enhance overall communications and
penetration of brand messaging with internal and external stakeholders.
\* Serves as a strategic partner, advisor and key resource to the global
Komatsu organization, working directly with leaders, business units and
communications leads on communications and global change management
initiatives. Be actively involved in all aspects of strategic messaging
and communication with employees. May be leveraged to support key
customer messaging or presentations. \* Create short and long-term plans
to improve global communication infrastructure including supporting
technologies, resources and tracking metrics. Support the growth of
global communication channels, working with digital teams, HR, IT and
other communications leads to investigate the potential of expanding
existing channels or opportunities to leverage new partners/vendors.
