Senior Medical Representative
Job Description Summary
Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Executes standard sales tasks and typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations. Job Description
Responsibilities include:
• 拟订医药产品推广计划和方案;
• 提供客户服务 ,向医务人员传递医药产品相关信息;
• 协助医务人员合理使用本企业医药产品;
• 收集、反馈药品临床使用情况及医院需求信息;
• 以合法、合规的形式开展学术推广等活动,包括但不限于: 1) 在医疗机构当面与医务人员和药事人员沟通; 2) 组织并参加当地学术交流会议(内部/外部) 举办学术会议、讲座; 3) 通过互联网或者电话会议沟通; 4) 以医疗机构同意的其他形式。
• 在适用法规允许的前提下,在预算的费用内执行和完成医药产品推广计划和方案 (若适用 法规发生变动,您同意公司有权以书面通知的形式对本项工作职责进行变更);
• 保持市场及公司之间的双向沟通, 树立高度的公司形象及专业水准的产品品牌形象;
• 支持如投标,价格策略及医保等业务相关工作;
• 根据公司的总体方针实施推广计划及策略;
• 建立及保持商业网络及客户关系; • 协助直属经理搜集所需推广信息 ;
• 直属经理安排的其他相关工作等。
Qualifications:
• 本科以上学历,主修医学,药学或相关专业
• 五年或以上的医药推广经验
• 基本的英语沟通能力
• 具有商业灵敏度,客户第一,以结果为导向
• 优秀的沟通、交流和协调能力
