OVERVIEW
Resort Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for the overall maintenance and
upkeep of resort grounds, facilities, streets and equipment at an
individual property. Additionally, they supervise and oversee individual
resort maintenance team members.
JOB DUTIES
Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures team members
comply with appropriate policies and procedures.
Adheres to Suns Timekeeping Policy by reviewing, verifying accuracy,
approving and submitting direct report(s) time recorded.
Partners with Team Relations on team member counseling and recommendation of
termination when appropriate.
Conducts team member performance reviews and recommends compensation
adjustments.
Follows-up on work assignments to ensure efficient, thorough completion of
assigned work orders.
Performs water testing and other maintenance duties related to a well-water
system or on-site water meters, if applicable. Ensures water samples are
