Infrastructure & Capital Projects, Data Center Construction Site Logistics Manager, ANS
THE WORK:
- You'll be responsible for all aspects of the logistics supply chain, stores management, and the development and optimization of site logistics solutions to meet the needs of the project.
- You'll manage the movement of people, goods, and equipment at the construction site and control site facilities management. You'll ensure that the construction team is fully aware of logistics activities in support of the build program.
- You'll create a site-specific safety manual, ensure first aid cover and equipment are present, and complete safety inspections to company and client standards. You'll ensure the team has safety training to the company and client’s standards.
- You'll plan internal and external logistics routes through the project phases, focusing on separation of vehicles, machinery, and people. You'll lay down areas and offloading points and pre-plan the usage of key assets such as hoists to ensure planned assets meet the needs of the program.
- You'll be responsible for all traffic management internally and externally, including weighbridges and road network cleanliness. You'll manage the installation of site accommodation and manage these facilities. You'll create operational procedures and method statements.
- You'll create a schedule of logistics meetings and ensure logistics is represented at site meetings. You'll organize resources to enable contract deadlines to be achieved.
- You'll plan and integrate with key contractors to meet the needs of the planned program and de-conflict on-site space and time where appropriate.
- You'll be capable of managing sub-contractors to deliver their package of goods or services, including variation control and early communication of foreseeable changes.
- You'll lead regular planning team meetings with KPI reports on planning, construction, and safety adherence, and participate in and present in various strategic business management meetings.
- You'll coordinate with internal stakeholders to anticipate, mitigate, and prevent potential construction delays.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

$130,000 - $235,000 a year
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field. Consummate relevant experience also acceptable.
- 10+ years of related experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience focusing on talent development, standardizing, planning, execution, and process improvement.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Ability to travel as needed or relocate to project locations
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Equipment, Materials, Capital Projects
- Extensive experience using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, ERP and other relevant computer software and systems effectively
- Must be able to train, motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication skills and aptitude for building strong professional relationships.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to multitask and shift priorities when needed.
- Strong Self-Motivation, leadership, and organizational skills
- Advanced degree or certificates
- Working knowledge of P6, BIM, Autocad, ACC, Procure or similar
- Data Center construction experience
